Just a quick update to tell everyone that I am still alive! Hooray! These past few weeks has been exhausting to me and believe me when I say that turning into adult (alone) is really hard. But I thank God that I am still pushing through at this phase. At the end of every day in my life right now, the last words I am thinking (usually at 2am) were "Ugh, God. I'm so tired. But thanks I did it."

Everything has been spontaneous and real fast. At one moment, I need to do a certain project, in an hour I have to be at the airport to send an auntie back to Japan, then in a blink of an eye I should be prepping up to attend a baptismal. I feel like a celebrity without the fame and the high talent fee - It isn't fair. Haha!

If you'll ask me, how am I at this moment, I'd say, "I'm tired as fuck, do you have chocolates?"
But life goes on, I have to survive. So here, I just want to share with you how I keep myself alive in spite of these craziness going on in my world right now.

  • Sleep whenever you got the chance. Whenever, wherever.
  • Eat your comfort food! a.k.a ask your boyfriend for chocolates. Hahaha
  • Practice a hobby in your free time - it will help you forget all your worries for a while.
  • Play! - as for me, I installed Sims Freeplay on my phone. An effective way to entertain myself whenever I am almost fed up.
  • Ask for help or pay someone to do the things you can't do at all. - like laundries. Because NO you are not a hero!
  • Socialize - Sometimes, a good friend is all you need to lessen the stress.

  • Spend time with a kid. They're a good source of positive vibes.
  • Dedicate a day for yourself - visit the spa, see a movie, enjoy a buffet, or simply sleep.
  • Read a book if you have trouble sleeping and do not check your social media accounts by night. You're trying to take a rest, don't you?
  • Prettify yourself in short breaks - I'm sure it won't take you half an hour to put on powder and lipstick, you can do it even in the middle of a paperwork. You're already stressed, you don't have to LOOK stressed!
  • Retail therapy also helps! Hahahahaha

But last,
When all of the above mentioned aren't working, here's a classic tip that works everytime:

Hope this short post helps someone today.
"You can do it"
Have a wonderful day! :)
